Let Us Review How Others Took Their Life Off Hold And Enjoyed Life Again?

You may finally be able to say goodbye to Hot Flashes, Night Sweats etc with this wholistic therapy!

Hello and welcome,

Kieran here.

When I’m teaching Kinesiology, students do case studies reviews and I usually give them a few general examples of what is required as a way to start them off.

Then, I thought, maybe you’d like to hear a few ‘examples’ from people I assisted and supported through the misery of menopause.

Just like the student case studies, I’ve reviewed the main details and kept it focused on menopause, while maintaining the persons confidentiality.

Your life does not need to be put on hold!

It may seem strange to say that menopause is, in a way, a natural stage of life. In TCM, it is called “the Second Spring”.

For women it is menopause and for men it is andropause.

Some women cruise through the perimenopause and menopause…

For others, it may be horrendous and is associated with all sorts of problems which can differ in duration, frequency and severity.

These 3 key factors are all considered when designing your bespoke Personalised Individual Plan.

The following reviews may overlap as there are some common symptoms, e.g. Hot Flashes, what is interesting is that each person had a different experience of a hot flash in intensity and how long it lasted, and even when it happened.

Each and every Personalised Individual Plan is bespoke and tailored to your own experiences of peri / menopause. For example, the assisted self-care plan will depend on your own experiences and differ from person to person.

My key philosophy is simple:

  1. What one person needs for one symptom, is not what another needs.
  2. We address each person’s needs individually.
  3. Advice, support and guidance is based on your own symptoms and experiences.

I hope these reviews show how a dedicated individual multi-therapy approach may assist you.

Here Are Some Interesting And Different Reviews

#1 TF

For Terri, the menopause started around 53 with a few irregular periods, at that time no big problems. Initially would often go 10 to 11 months without a period and she thought she was going to cruise through the menopause.

Sometimes when a period arrived it could be very heavy and may last weeks, literally weeks.

Presenting symptoms and brief history

After a year or so of perimenopause, she plummeted into:

  1. Hot flashes,
  2. Menopause memory,
  3. Skin acne type eruptions on the face and forehead,
  4. Menopause weight spread,
  5. Sleep needs went through the roof,
  6. Constantly tired and fell into bed for a few hours in the afternoon when returned from part-time work,
  7. Major mood swings were now common

She didn’t want to go the “medical route” as a personal choice.

After 4 – 5 sessions:

  • The hot flashes had subsided substantially.
  • Mood swings were less traumatic for her and her teenage family.
  • The constant tiredness reduced and no more afternoon naps.
  • The skin has now cleared and is looking good.
  • Has lost weight

Methodology

  • We used a mix of meridian and acupressure therapy
  • Food Intolerance Testing found some foods to avoid which helped
  • Individually assessed nutritional supplements
  • Personalised assisted self-care techniques

Samantha’s menopause story started on the “button of her 50th birthday”, as she says.

She went to her medical practitioner about the menopause and was given medications that are not related to menopause, but told this would make a difference.

Three years later and after feeing no real improvement, she choose to seek out other approaches

Enjoys work and loves her hobby and spends a lot of time on her hobby and grandchildren.

Presenting symptoms and brief history:

  1. Hot flashes and a few mild night sweats,
  2. Skin and hair were affected a bit
  3. A little menopause memory, but not severe
  4. Has gained weight
  5. While the fatigue was high, but would push herself and carry on with her hobby
  6. Occasional Mood swings and now prefers time to herself

By her 5th session Samantha felt:

  • The hot flashes reduced in severity and frequency
  • The night sweats had practically gone,
  • The weight was reducing
  • Skin and hair were “looking good”
  • Others noticed a difference in her and she felt more “upbeat”
  • Fatigue reduced; she hadn’t realised she had been going to bed earlier, now can go for longer in the evenings
  • Memory and “attention to detail” has improved, this was very important because of her work

Methodology

  • The meridian therapy worked very well for the hot flashes
  • We also used acupressure as a key part of Samantha’s therapy plan
  • Food Intolerance Testing was an important factor
  • Personalised advise on nutritional supplements
  • Guided for self-care techniques

#3 DC

Was approaching 51 when noticed first symptoms of perimenopause. Previously hadn’t really noticed any time shifts in her “cycle”. She came to see me nearly 4 years later.

Presenting symptoms and brief history:

  1. Increase in weight, especially around the waist. This was important to DC.
  2. Regular quite severe hot flashes
  3. An occasional night sweat, which could also be fairly severe.
  4. Felt “low” emotionally and energy wise; and struggled to do things.
  5. Sleep pattern changed, needed a lot more sleep.
  6. Felt skin, hair and nails weren’t like they used to be.
  7. Emotions were all over the place, broke into tears easily.
  8. Wanted Food Intolerance Testing to see what foods were affecting her.

Within 5 -6 sessions DC said:

  • The hot flashes were now history
  • The night sweats had gone
  • The weight was reducing
  • Skin and hair is looking good
  • Felt much more “lively” emotionally
  • Less physically tired
  • Was feeling better since cutting out a few foods
  • The weight and ‘menopause tummy’ had reduced

Methodology

  • A mix of meridian and acupressure therapy
  • Food Intolerance Testing as DC wanted: which found a number of food intolerances
  • Individual advice on the most suitable nutritional supplements
  • Some assisted self-care techniques

For Cathy, the menopause started around 54-55. Later than the “average” age according to research.

Had some irregular periods, some light some heavier – nothing extreme and didn’t think much of it initially. Some time later, that changed and things become more difficult.

As a senior executive, it was the hot flashes and the upper body and face reddening that affected her most. They always seemed to happen going into or during a meeting.

Presenting symptoms and brief history:

  1. Hot flashes incresed in frequently
  2. Occasional night sweats
  3. Some menopause memory, but not severe
  4. Skin and hair were affected
  5. Menopause weight gain
  6. “Worked” through the fatigue
  7. Occasional Mood swings

After about 4 sessions:

  • The hot flashes had subsided greatly
  • The night sweats went
  • Skin and hair looked and felt much better
  • The menopause weight gain under control
  • Memory improved
  • More energy
  • Fatigue went way down

Methodology

  • The meridian therapy worked a treat for this lady for the hot flashes
  • If she felt a hot flash starting, she would do the meridian therapy and it would disappear
  • Food Intolerance Testing found some food intolerances, some were a surprise
  • A personalised nutritional plan
  • Given guidance for assisted self-care techniques
